Safe Aqua Solutions carries commercial general liability insurance, including product liability coverage.

Limitation of Liability

In all cases, Safe Aqua Solutions’ maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you bought from us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, property damage, personal injury, or water damage that may result from the use, misuse, or failure of our products. All products are sold “as is” and you assume all risk associated with proper installation and use. Installation of plumbing and water treatment systems should be performed by a qualified professional. We strongly recommend checking all connections for leaks after installation and periodically thereafter.

Important Safety Notes  

All in-line and whole house systems must be installed with proper pressure regulation to prevent damage from high water pressure.
Do not expose any water filtration products to freezing temperatures.
UV systems are not intended to treat microbiologically unsafe (“infectious”) water.
Water filtration products are designed to improve the quality of already safe, potable water.

Determination of product suitability and proper application is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Use of our products is entirely at your own risk.
